EVERYTHING IS GOING ON ACCORDING TO PLAN

Of course, just before the night affair, it's really a must for each and everyone of us to be well-prepared. Preparation for your dress, footwear, and something like that, but most especially, the way you carry your own self in front of the crowd, no matter how you look nor how you walk. However, that's not the thought why I have stated regarding the word "plan." It's all about my "Ladies' Choice."

During the practice of the Cotillion, since I was a participant of that special part of our JSP, I already planned who will be my Ladies' Choice, then shared it to someone, and fortunately, or should I say, unfortunately, she imitated what I was thinking to do. That's why, during the actual, all I did was just simply to stand, to stare and make sign languages, and to dance with him. and this thought of mine was copied by that someone, too.

So far, that event was better than last year's. Simply because, everything was going on according to plan.

ON THAT TIME

The Third Periodical Test was just successfully accomplished. And now, it's the last quarter. As usual, the journey is still going on, of course. But the most complicated out of it is that, we are being pressured by our teachers with nonstop quizzes, homeworks, and projects. Since the Fourth Periodical Test again is on the way and due to the short time that is remaining for us, we are in a hurry to finish those burdens of ours.

In connection to our previous lessons, I already know how to create a movie by means of the Windows Movie Maker. I was able to make my own movie, because I was aware of its main parts and panes, how to import pictures, applying video effects and video transitions, editing titles and credits, etc.

But, the biggest problem ever that I had was the TIME. I was not able to finish my movie because, if it was our turn to work in our station, he was the one consuming most of the time.

I couldn't do anything because when he started to work, he was promising to use up only half of the time. But when his time was over, but has not yet satisfied with what he had done, I have no space anymore:'(... I'm not blaming someone, since I know that it's not my fault, for I just did my best in making even a part of my movie.

Moving on...
I will consider TIME MANAGEMENT. I'll do my BEST to be always the FIRST one to work. I will speak out for the sake of my RIGHT everytime and anytime, unlike on that time.

TAKE IT TO THE LAST

Granting that, it is still in my sense, the last minute I've posted my last blog was three years, or should I say, three months ago. It's October, right? What a long time of not sharing something that seems good for both of us!

Before I would formally commence this post, I will temporarily cut your agony of waiting for news that will surely make you bite, twist, and stop, your tongue, brain, and heart from beating, respectively.
November 5-8, 2007 --- As a related event in this subject, TLE, we participated and luckily, some of us won on the 6th Student Technologists and Entrepreneurs of the Philippines(STEP) Regional Skills Development and Competition in Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Only one student from Vigan City was able to represent Region I on the National STEP that was held in Davao City.
November 15, 2007 --- It was card day and THANKS GOD, I've preserved IT. "The pen is mightier than the sword." I should be the pen because they are already the swords.
November 16-17, 2007 --- The most awaited school event since October: INTRAMURALS!!! As a CAT Officer, I had my very tiring duty: walking and running to and fro.
November 29, 2007 --- IT'S MY DAY!!!
December 1-2, 2007 --- Basic Leadership Training of the Red Cross Youth --- I still remember the song "Dance With My Father." Haaayyy!!! I'm so weird on that time. Quotable words of our facilitator, Sir Irofram: "Charing bagsul", "Alla, nagtangahhh", "Tinanong mo na ba?"(borrowed from Rollie), "Did I told you to..."(attentive listener ako eh).
December 16, 2007 --- We, the Interact Club Officers, together with our adviser and the Rotarians, went to Cadanglaan, Magsingal. It is really a very remote place because it took us fifteen minutes riding on a van from the highway to our destination.
December 20, 2007 --- The General Christmas Program Day, and at the same time, The First Mass of the Year.
December 21, 2007 --- It's our Christmas Program. Some cried because of the unknown reasons. After the said program, and when most of our classmates went home already, something happened. "Is everyone thinking what I'm thinking?"
January 7, 2008 --- WELCOME OUR DEAR PRINCIPAL, DR. GIOVANNI VILORIA-VELASCO TO ISNHS.

Since November, I learned about HTML Links that are used to link to another document on the web such as the anchor tag and the href attribute. I used this knowledge in my Activity #11. Another one is the src attribute, which I used this in aligning and adjusting sizes of images. Iapplied these informations in my Activity #10. I gained also something about the Windows Movie Maker.

The only thing that made my head nearly break was that, I could not link the second image of the second paragraph of my Activity #11 to Exer4.htm. I even read the instructions many times, yet, it seems that I couldn't find the solution for it.

I was so ashamed of myself when I found out that the problem that made my mind turned around was only a 'dust-liked'. I simply addressed that one by pasting my Exer4.htm from the other folder of mine to the folder I was using on that time.

Moving on, I shall be more careful and still be more careful and will be very careful in all actions that I will be executing.

NOTHING AT ALL

It's been a long time that I have not taken even just a quick glance on my blog. Honestly, I have forgotten what I've stated on my latest online journal due to the length of time that I did not peep even just a single letter of my diary. On the other hand, I'm supposing that you know why. Of course, as usual, the Second Periodical Test is approaching, so expect that we are assidously(hehe) making our projects on the different subject areas. So, before my coconut shell will totally give up, let's have a flashback.

These were still fresh on my mind: the eight consecutive, nonstop(exagge) hands-on and written activities. And I thought, all my stored energy have already exhausted. Nevertheless, as a consequence, I've gained much, such as the innumerable tags (standalone tags :hr and br, tag attributes (align and body bgcolor), font attributes (font face, font color, and font size) and other unmentioned tags.

Thanks God because no problem had gone out . . . Simply, I am always strictly following instructions, because my classmates will tend to aggravate me once I will commit even just a simple, single error.

Moving on . . .

I will intend to avoid commiting mistakes, yet, it's but natural, but still I will try.

RAIN OR SHINE

Still one week before the first day of the two-day First Periodical
Examination, I have already started to review our past lessons on the subjects that we took on the initial day - August 8.

I could not decide on that time if I should memorize the dates on the History of Internet or not. I seemed to be indolent, not in reviewing, but in memorizing, because I was not that good in memorizing, specifically dates. Although, I tried my best, for it was obligatory.

By the way, that date was an extraordinary for me, but more especially, or should I say . . . most especially to the birthday celebrant, Mrs. Myrna Cacal, my former English teacher, obviously, when I was third year. Unfortunately, I was not able to greet her on that day, so I tried to meet her on the second day of the test, August 13, since it was postponed many times due to the strong typhoon, which affected the scheduled second and last day of the test.

Regardless of the weather, so far, so good, job well done . . .
C-O-N-G-R-A-T-U-L-A-T-I-O-N-S TO MYSELF ! ! !

As we were going on, I have acquired more than I was expecting. With the Basic HTML Tags, their editors, kinds , and descriptions, it was so applicable that we exploited them to our three consecutives hands-on and written activities. Along with Basic HTML Tags, together with Heading Tags, I've learned to align texts with the application of the said tags.

On the other hand, we could not avoid some obstacles that might block our way. Since I was the last one to perform my Activity #1 in our Work Station, it seemed that I was the last and only remaining one who has not yet finished among the whole class. Some of them have already accomplished their Activity #2, and how about me? I have not yet started my first activity. Shame on me ! ! !

As they say, "If there's a will, there's a way." Thanks God . . . and of course, to Ma'am Evelyn , because she let me continued my work after our class in the afternoon. That's why, I was not yet behind of my classmates.

Moving on . . .
I will never let myself to be the last performer of our activities. In addition, I will intend to manage my time more efficiently and try to have more satisfiable activity results.

MY SECOND BLOG

1.What are the new learnings/discoveries that I have learned?
Within the past two weeks, I've found out a lot about blogs: its comprehensive and simple definitions, its four types, its derivation, and the three blog search engines. I was aware about the blogs' objectives, its significant uses, its main characteristics as a publishing tool, its advantages to us as a student, and the port folio of metrics w/c can help identify the effectiveness of a certain blog.

2.What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered?
I faced so many problems, together w/ my groupmates, because during the time that we started making our blogs, our computer got malfunctioned. Therefore, on that day, we were not able to finish creating our blogs.

3. How did I address these challenges?
I have overcome those obstacles in just a simple manner, by asking for the assistance of our teacher, thereby she checked the connections of the computer and did certain things w/c were something like that.

4. Moving on...
Of course, I will practice patience, for "Patience is the key to success". In addition, I will try to work w/ the computer quietly because some of my classmates told me that I was so talkative while establishing my own business in the computer w/c I've thought that I was not that noisy. Since it has been said, I am intending to eliminate that bad habit, the fact that, I don't want to fine a big amount for being just a noisy brat.

MY FIRST BLOG

-1. What are the new learnings/discoveries that I have learned?
I have learned more about Internet, not only its history, but also its different services and tools. I've known also how to search in the Internet w/ the use of many search engines. In addition, I discovered a lot of techniques in gaining information by using the four search terms.

2. What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered?
Some of the problems that I have encountered were when we did our hands-on activity, We were not able to get the right answers in the computer and when our Computer Teacher gave us assignment about the Internet, I could not find the definition in the Encyclopedia, so I consulted in the computer.

3. How did I address these challenges?
I have overcome these challenges in our hands-on activity by using the different search terms to be specific and by using the computer diligently.

I will do all my very own best to know more about Internet and I will widen and sharpen my knowledge in handling the different activities that my Computer Teacher will give to us in order that, I will not be behind in our section.
